  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.

  • The original invoice, delivery note or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Norsafe.

  • Approved returns will be subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee.

Norsafe reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless defective or incorrectly supplied by Norsafe:

  • Custom-made products

  • Special-order products

  • Products manufactured or sourced specifically for a customer

  • Goods that have been worn, used, damaged or are no longer in a resalable condition

Once branding, embroidery, printing, customisation or special procurement has commenced, the order may not be cancelled.

  1. Notify Norsafe as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the defect.

  2. Provide the invoice number or proof of purchase.
