Choose your branding route

Your logo shouldn’t look bolted on.

Start with the result you need. We’ll deal with the technical method, garment compatibility and production controls—because “just put the logo there” has started many avoidable adventures.

Artwork controlWe check the supplied logo and prepare it for the selected method.
Placement controlSize, colour and position are confirmed before production starts.
Repeat-order controlApproved setups keep future staff additions looking like the same team.

Stitched branding

Built to be worn, washed and recognised.

Embroidery gives a uniform a permanent, professional identity. We convert the artwork into a controlled stitch file, approve the size and thread colours, then repeat that setup consistently across the order.

Best on: Golf shirts, jackets, caps, overalls and uniforms.
Personalise: Add staff names, roles and department identity.
Controlled: Thread colours, size and placement are approved first.
Repeatable: Saved setups keep replacement garments consistent.

Worth knowing: Very fine text and tiny logo details may need to be simplified for a clean stitched result. A logo can be clever; the needle still has to physically make it.

Full-colour custom garments

Your design doesn’t sit on the shirt. It becomes the shirt.

Sublimation bonds the artwork into suitable polyester fabric. That means full-colour logos, gradients, patterns, names and numbers can cover the garment without creating a thick surface layer that cracks or peels.

Best on: Golf shirts, sportswear, teamwear and promotional garments.
Design freedom: Edge-to-edge colour, detail and individual numbering.
Feels light: No thick print layer sitting on top of the fabric.
Built for use: Choose breathability, moisture control or durability.

Worth knowing: Sublimation performs best on suitable polyester fabrics and is normally produced as a custom garment. It is not the right method for every cotton shirt lurking in the cupboard.

Sublimation fabrics

Same artwork. Four very different shirts.

The design controls the look; the fabric controls the experience. Match it to heat, movement, daily wear and the level of punishment the garment is expected to survive.

Custom golf shirt sizing

Measure once. Avoid the size-swap circus.

These are finished-garment measurements for custom sublimated golf shirts. Measure a shirt that already fits, compare the ½-chest figure, and confirm the size breakdown before production.

Printed branding

Big logo. Clean print. No squinting required.

Printing is the practical route for bold chest, back and sleeve branding. We match the production method to the fabric, artwork, colours, quantity and actual working conditions—not merely to whichever machine happens to be awake.

Best on: T-shirts, promotional clothing and selected workwear.
High impact: Larger chest, back and sleeve branding.
Method matched: Fabric, artwork, colour count and quantity.
Approved first: Size, colour and placement before production.

Safety first: Branding placement must not cover reflective tape, certification labels or safety markings on PPE and protective garments. Looking sharp is useful; remaining visible is rather more useful.

How it works

No artwork roulette. Three controlled steps.

1

Send the job

Tell us the garment, quantity, deadline, logo, preferred placement and any staff-name or numbering requirements.

2

Approve what gets made

Confirm the branding method, artwork, colours, size and placement. Production starts from the approved setup.

3

Receive one team look

The order is produced around the approved layout so every garment belongs to the same company—not distant cousins.

Put your brand to work.

Send the logo, garment type, quantity and deadline. We’ll return a clear production route instead of a bucket of maybes.
